Upon arrival, I was greeted with a breathtaking sea view from the reception on the first floor and was awestruck by the fantastic views throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, modern, and furnished with big comfy beds, a comfy sofa, and even blankets for the evenings. The free soft drinks in the mini-bar, complimentary coffee and tea, and thoughtful amenities like free slip-on shoes for the pool truly elevated my experience. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff always going the extra mile to make my stay special. The location, right on the beach in Puerto del Carmen, offered a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, while the dining options and facilities were exceptional.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms at the ground floor were spacious and provided everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The whole complex is luxurious, and the food is fantastic. I loved the little touches like The White Company toiletries, complimentary crocs, hats, and sunglasses, as well as a tablet for room service at no extra cost.
